RICHARD L. ARNOS
President

Mr. Arnos has more than 35 years experience in finance and real estate development, including design, financing, construction, leasing, and project management of commercial and residential developments. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Arnos worked in the investment banking industry in New York City in the 1980s. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College and completed an executive seminar in real estate strategies and capital market access at Harvard Business School.

LAWRENCE M. MOON
Chief Operating Officer Indiana Division - President

Mr. Moon has worked in the real estate and related industries since 1981. He formerly served as senior vice president and manager of residential development and commercial real estate lending for a major Midwestern banking institution. He currently has responsibility for Republic’s residential operations in Indiana. Mr. Moon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kent State.

ERIC R. ROOF
Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller

Mr. Roof joined Republic Development as controller after serving in the same capacity for a regional builder/developer for nine years. Prior to that, Mr. Roof practiced as a CPA in public practice for eight years in Ohio and Michigan. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.

Tracey Keaton-Dangler
Corporate Secretary

Ms. Keaton-Dangler joined the Republic Development team in 2015. She has more than 38 years of experience in a broad array of business functions including, customer service, executive administrative support, bookkeeping, human resources, paralegal and management. Ms. Keaton-Dangler has served as corporate secretary since 2020 and as assistant corporate secretary for the Company and its several affiliates since 2016.

SEAN P. MCKINNIES
Senior Vice President Saxony Management Company

Mr. McKinnies has worked in construction and / or real estate development for more than 20 years. He has played a leading role with the Saxony project since its inception where his responsibilities have included commercial property sales, land acquisitions, zoning, design, construction and project management. Prior to joining Republic Development, Mr. McKinnies worked with a national industrial and office real estate developer. He graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with focus on Finance.

DOUGLAS B. WAGNER
Senior Vice President Residential Development - Indiana

Mr. Wagner oversees Republic’s residential development and acquisition efforts in the Indiana region. Prior to his joining Republic, Mr. Wagner served as president of a large residential development firm in the Indianapolis region where he had been employed for nearly 17 years. Mr. Wagner has been engaged in all facets of residential real estate throughout his career. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in landscape architecture.
